Dining Services Options
Utah Tech Dining Services’ primary responsibility is to provide the complete food service needs of the students, faculty, staff and campus guests.
Trailblazers Cafe
The Trailblazers Café is located at the south end of the Kenneth N. Gardner Student Center. With booths that each have an outlet and USB port, the Trailblazers Café is the perfect place to hang out, study, and, of course, eat! Recent additions of franchises, Chick-fil-A and Pizza Hut, allow you to get the food you know and love without leaving campus. ACE Sushi offers hot entrees with poke bowls and sushi made fresh each morning; don't forget to pick up a Boba Tea to complete your meal. With great venues like these you won’t go hungry!
Brooks' Stop
Conveniently located by the Campus View Suites we have what you need; food, drink, snack, grocery items, you name it. We proudly serve Starbucks to get you that extra boost of energy you need to make it through the day or to help finish that late night assignment. Need a full meal? Our grill offers breakfast sandwiches, burgers, fries, and fire-oven pizza to satisfy your hunger. Brooks’ Stop also supplies bottled beverages, candy, candy bars, jerky, Krispy Kreme donuts, ice cream, and more. We even have a selection of personal items so you don’t have to travel to the grocery store.
The Market at Utah Tech / Subway
The Market at Utah Tech (a convenience store) is located on the first floor of the Kenneth N. Gardner Student Center. Students love The Market for quick meals or snacks when they are on the go. Along with Subway, The Market offers candy bars, yogurt, Coke and Pepsi products, energy drinks, hot dogs, chips, cookies, and fresh baked pastries. In addition, The Market is a great place where friends can meet and sit at the tables just outside The Market - to do homework, work with a tutor, eat a snack while studying or just hang out with friends!
Stacks
Located on the second floor of the Holland Centennial Commons Building, Stacks offers sandwiches, wraps, snacks, soups, fruit smoothies, chips, cookies and beverages. We are known for our homemade S'mores cookies, and we’ve made them even better by serving them with ice cream. Make sure you stop by on your way to study to grab some brain fuel!
Off the Grid
This location offers grab 'n go snacks, drinks, and fresh made coffee.
Grazers
In the new Human and Performance Center we added Grazers to help fuel our students workouts and study sessions. We have partnered with B-Fruity to offer protein shakes, acai bowls, smoothies, and fresh pressed juices to help get your body moving without weighing you down.
Catering
Utah Tech State Dining Services offers complete catering services for groups of all sizes. Our award-winning Catering Department provides clients with excellent customer service, diverse catering options and exceptional quality. Our executive chef is extremely innovative and strives to create dishes that clients desire, as well as to fit special requests or occasions. Dining Services has received six national dining awards from NACUFS for catering services. We cater to all Utah Tech buildings on our campus- whether large or small groups. Take-out catering is also available for groups to pick up for events off-campus.
Concessions
Dining Services provides concessions in a number of locations on campus for sports and performing arts events. Our concessions locations include: Trailblazer Stadium, Burns Arena, Hurst Field and Brooks Fields. Menu items include hot dogs, candy, nachos, pretzels, popcorn, churros, sno-cones and beverages. Tailgate menus include hamburgers, chicken sandwiches and bratwursts.
Vending
Dining Services has many vending machines conveniently located across campus. When students’ schedules are busy or they are in a rush, they can still grab a snack or a cold beverage from one of the vending machines.
